Yes, I dit loosen the adjustment screw, but still the collar will not go onto the rods.
Unfortunately, I haven’t tried your TPU bumpers, allthough I’d love to, but I’m sure they have some advantages as well.

Yeah, I guess I’ll have to go with some sandpaper, when I get the time. Untill then I’ll have to use my ordinary aluminum clamp collars.
Your 14″ rods must be wonderful to work with. I truely wish, I had a pair like yours!

Your Paddle Bumpers are a very interesting idea! Great work!
My solution has been to use some simple aluminium shaft collars. They can be tightened so much that they will stay in place, no matter what happens.
Still I would love to try your bumpers though…

Haffner started the topic Mounting Edge Pro stones on Wicked Edge paddles in the forum Abrasives 5 years, 10 months ago
I want to mount Edge Pro stones on some kind of empty Wicked Edge paddles.
I know it is possible to glue the stones to empty paddles, but I’m looking for a way to mount the stones, so they can be easily taken of the stones again.
Do you have any experiences of suggestions regarding this?

My pleasure, Frustrated inc.
Also, take a close look at the Nanuk 905, 908 and 909 cases as well. The quality is just outstanding. You will really get what you pay for.

I use an EXTREME-235H105 n Equipment Case for my stones. It’s a good case, and the price is certainly affordable.
A Nanuk 910 would also be a possibility, but a smaller Nanuk case could be a solution as well.
I just love the Nanuk cases, but they do not come cheap…

You can also glue Spyderco ceramic pocket stones onto empy handles (I glued some 3mm aluminum flatbar beneath to get the height right). I’m really happy about these stones.
I’m sure someone like Ken Schwartz can cut Spyderco Ultra Fine ceramic stones that will fit onto a set of emty handles.
