I’m trying to sell my WE120 with base if you want to start cheap and see if you like sharpening your own before dropping $1k. That’s exactly what I did and now upgrading to the gen 3 pro.

I emailed them last week and they said they should be back in stock in two weeks. Never seen a discount code but if you find one let me know!

Yeah it has the old style micro adjust and old jaws.  I’m just thinking out loud. lol

Thanks guys.  I was just seeing what you guys suggested.  I haven’t even asked him about what steel he would want to use yet.  It’s just in the idea stage right now.  It will be basically my take on the old timer sharpfinger with a few mods.

Another week down and a few new questions….

A friend gave me two knives to work on. A fixed blade double edge boot dagger and a folder that had large serrations on the back half. I got a decent edge on the front of the folder but wanted to know how you guys are sharpening serrations?

Yeah I ended up using those screws without the washers and it appears to be working.  I think over time though it may wollar (redneck term I think lol) out those holes maybe.  But maybe not.  This paperstone stuff seems pretty tough.  I PM’d Clay so maybe the screws he sends will fit better.
