The team updated me this morning that they’re still trying to figure it out and fix it (we host the forum on WordPress, and our hosting company provides support on WordPress issues like this).

Thanks for letting us know about this, and sorry for delayed reply. The web developers are working to fix this, I’ll post an update once they do.

A quick update (although not yet a solution). We’re working to solve the root problem, but until then:

• Avoid using the toolbar button to create a link; this seems to trigger the problem (replies are hidden, until manually approved by a moderator)

HUGE thanks to MarcH and Airscapes for their troubleshooting, which has led to this discovery.

Just a note to say that, whatever is happening, it isn’t intentional. I’m looking into it, but don’t have any working theories yet.

I also used my WE on kitchen knives, for the most part. I’ve brought back-to-life a couple of cheap paring knives, and a 9″ butcher knife, and several in between.
