Agreed. Even the more expensive ones can have messed up grinds and edges. Getting the 4 corners correct can be a real pain

I hate mirroring tanto’s because you basically have to go through the progression twice! Lol

I love it. Getting a crisp clean even 4 corners right where they should be. It just looks clean.

It is a very nice gentlemen’s folder and feels good in the hand. I’ve got no problems with aus8 but luckily that was Vg10. In contrast I disliked handling this Brous Blades Mini- Division Flipper Folder 3.5 inch D2

Started with the 50/80s and worked my way all the way through the diamonds. Then to the micro ceramics, 14/10 on balsa, 5&3.5 on leather,1 & .5 on kangaroo, .5 & .25 on nano. Super sharp. I’ve found a way to get a super mirror polish with that setup

Here are a couple from over the weekend.

The first was a true example of making chicken salad out of chicken (scratch), and I wish I had a before pic. The owner had nearly destroyed the blade with a grinder, and the edge was literally an S. Therefore a decent bit of work was needed just to get a straight and consistent edge. I personally would’ve sent it in for a new blade, but this one has been revived for now.

    And another…
