    What size allen is the vise key? Metric or inch? I’ve looked in the instruction manual and can’t find it listed. Thanks.

    The vise key is 5/32″ and the micro-adjust key is 1/8″.

    What are the thread sizes of the locking screws? I recently buggered the micro-adjustment threads and want to replace the knurled knob set screw with a nylon one so I don’t do it again.

    I cut a very small piece of insulation off an electrical wire and pushed it into the set screw hole. When you tighten the screw on top of it, the plastic conforms to the micro-adjust threads. Works perfectly.
