New to the WE…grit question

Hello everyone, I just got my WE S&F model that I bought at Blade. I used it for the first time tonight and I was very pleased with the results. I have already realized I want some of the higher grit stones than what it came with. I am thinking about ordering the 800/1000 diamond stones, the super fine ceramic and a 14/10 micron strop pack. Not really going for the mirror polished edge yet but I figured this would be a good start to get there. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Thanks everyone.

Hey Matt,
Sounds like a great start!
Maybe think about the 5/3.5 strops.
See what you think after a few knives.
Maybe the microfine ceramics at some point to sort of fill in the gap after the 1K diamonds may be something to think about. Otherwise just work on getting the diamond plates broken in and sharpen away.

Thanks. I have plenty of free time on my hands at work this weekend, so ill read everything I can and sharpen every knife I own. Lol
