    Got my 700 dollar sharpener missing the long metal guide rods. No one will answer the phone to call me back, Terrible customer service. Anyone else have this issue.

    Hey Mark,

    I wanted to touch base with you here as well. I apologize that we weren’t able to get to the phone in time. I just put together a warranty order, with expedited shipping, for those missing Guide Rods. I’m also including a set of our strops which will not only make your knives significantly sharper but also more durable. I know this doesn’t make up for the experience you’ve had, so if there’s anything else I can do for you, please let me know.
