Welcome Stanley.  The Gen III would be an excellent choice.  Same one I have.  My daughter spent 3 years in Shanghai teaching English a few years ago. She taught at Fudan University.  She was always trying to get us to vacation there, but we never got the chance as Sars derailed our plans.  She loved China and their people.   You said you “come from Hong Kong” . . . are you there currently or are you in the U.S. now?

I think the ProPack3 is the best way to go. It’s just as easy to use as the Gen 3 Pro you originally wanted and it will allow you to sharpen a greater variety of blades and bevel configurations and it includes a full compliment of accessories all in an integral carry case. GOOD CHOICE!
