What do y’all make of this funky knife. I know I can sharpen it. If it can be clamped, I can sharpen it.
I’m wondering does anyone know what it is and what it’s designed or intended to be used for? It sort of like a Udon or Soba noodle knife, except for the curved blade. A noodle knife is flat bladed. It is pretty thick too. So it’s not a slicer. A curved bladed chopper?? Maybe a rocker/chopper. I think it’s more a gimmick then practical.
I remember seeing it in my dad’s knife drawer with all his good knives he turned into eaters. When dad passed, I guess my sister felt a need or sentiment, for it. Now it’s mine to sharpen. LOL
