There is a button that says report the item, takes about 30 seconds to complete, the more they hear about it the faster the will remove it.

Is the button on the ebay site? Never really looked at that but it would be nice if these people were stopped.

OK, I found the button and went to fill out the details. The reason is infringement on intellectual property but the way they have it phrased is : eBay item infringes your intellectual property rights. which is true if I were the WE owner but since I’m not….
