    I thought you guys would find this interesting. He made a DIY fixed angle belt sharpener from a Gatco and a power file. In order to demonstrate that it works he beats a poor kitchen knife senseless.

    That’s sweet. Can’t say I haven’t thought about Wicked Edge coming up w/ a premium “reprofile paddle” that would use something like this to do the heavy work at the same angle as your other stones, then you could switch real quick and finish on the stones.

    I was kind of thinking the same thing. It wouldn’t be inconceivable to modify this setup to work on the Wicked Edge. I don’t have the tools to do it, but it would be pretty cool.
