How can I mount a Benchmade Barrage?

    This is the DLC coated blade, the reason that I specify that is because the black blade appears to be a high flat grind with a swedge on the top running nearly the entire length of the blade. The satin-finished blade does not have a swedge.

    I tried to position it in the lower mounting position and pinch the top of the clamp and have my triangle wider at the bottom of my clamp but there is not enough clamp left to bite on the blade. It is not solid. Any suggestions?

    I did almost exactly the same trick, but I still needed to add a patch of Scott Paper Shop towel. It has exeptional friction.

    Yeah, use something like double sided tape, chamois cloth, etc to help hold it
