Got a knock on my door after 4pm today.
My friend who works for Williams and Sonoma here locally brought me a Shun Steak Knife Set and a big 8†Kaji. One of the steak knives has a chip for repair and the Kaji was returned for dullness and replaced. She is going to buy it and wants me to sharpen it along with the steak knife after chip repair.
