Good job tuffy! I’ve done one or two of those… Very similar to scissor sharpening.
I’ve used that particular model in our engineering department. It was 10 years old already when I started in 1969 and they’re still using it. I think the bed knife blade (the stationary blade) could benefit from a visit to a shop with a surface grinder. Rust is death on scissors and businesses using these cutters insist on a perfect cut.
