Disinfecting Customers Knives

Hi, I was curious if any of your are taking the extra precaution of disinfecting your customers knifes when you receive them. If so how are you going about it? Thanks

I generally don’t work on other people’s knives, but I always have 91% isopropyl alcohol in a spray. I’m not an expert, but I would think giving them a spray with that and wiping them down would be a good disinfectant.

95% isopropyl or 10% bleach solution will do the trick (I believe) but I let them “dry” instead of wiping them dry.
