I go though the whole process starting the 100 grit all the way though the 1500 and the 1600 ceramics I tape on the 2500 grit sand paper then last, I strop with the 5 micron the 3 then switch to the kangaroo with the .25 micron and finish with the .1 micron and blade will barely cut phone book paper. When I set the angle on 15 degrees the right side turns out ok but the left side turns out to be 18 degrees how can if fix this?

Need help using the wicked edge. Just received my wicked edge and would like to profile my knives at 15degrees but I don’t to ruin a $200-dollar knife. I know I can do this with the wicked edge but do you recommend it?
