This is the knife I do not know how to clamp. How would you the 2 pin guide ?

I have 2 questions first on some knifes I can create a burr quickly others I cannot seem to get it at all. I find my angle with a maker but I grind and grind on one side and no luck. I would have some knives with a scalloped top and wonder how to clamp them. Thanks I am using a pro pack 1

Thanks for the help. I did not see the angle with the marker and thought I would try 15 because the try angle sharpeners are fixed at that angle. I will try practicing with different knifes.

While practicing with my new we 100 when trying to sharpening at 15 degrees the stone hits the bottom clamp screw. What am I doing wrong. I am working with a stiff about 4 ” long kitchen knife.

Does the pro pack 1 come with adjustable arms? I would also like to know how to tell if I am getting the 2018 version. The other question is how much does it matter from 2017 to 2018.
