Hello everyone! I’m Robert I live in Springfield MO. I’m new to knife sharping but not new to knives, I have several in my collection. I tried free hand but never got the hang of it, so I would let an experience person do my knives. I have a gen 3 pro pre 17 and due to back surgery and rehabilitation I’m now well enough (I think) to learn how to use this thing. I know I will learn a lot for the forum and hope I will learn enough to where I can contribute.

As a survivor of a couple of back surgeries (last one was a failure) I can relate to your problems. Here’s hoping that your rehab goes well and that you get to enjoy your Gen 3 Pro.
