Hi all! New to the forums here from Houston Texas 🙂 Been a knife lover and enthusiast for years, finally deciding to spend some bucks on a good sharpening system.
Thanks in advance for all the information! See my post in ‘getting started’ and help me decide which system to begin with, a Go or WE100.
