    Hey everyone!

Looking for more information on Japanese knife maker Yu Kurosaki. He doesn’t even have a Wikipedia page at the moment.

Found this https://caviardrip.com/yu-kurosaki/ but was wondering if any one had any other good articles.

    Thanks!

I love mine.. I bought them from Japanny and Hocho. There’s plenty to be read about him and his brother. Most is like your link. He’s not obscure though.

The knives cut with a feel that’s either better than or equal to any of the best knives I use and sharpen. I have no complaints.

I brought back two Yu Kurosaki knives when I was in Japan a while back, a Gyuto and a Santoko.  I use the Santoko almost every day, and the Gyuto when needed for something larger.  I follow one the members on the forum and Yu Kurosaki knives are a knife that he liked, and after using these knives, I agree with him.
