    Does anyone have experience sharpening Cronidur 30 stainless steel used in some of the Zwilling knives?

    I have no personal experience with this particular steel.  After researching it appears it’s not a particularly hard steel, HRc 58 (maybe).  So it won’t be difficult to sharpen with the W.E. diamond sharpening stone set.  I have sharpened many other Zwilling steels.  Except for their super hard and brittle MC63 in the “Miyabi line” the others steels aren’t too bad, too hard or too difficult to sharpen well.
