Add potato press cutters to the growing list of Can-Do’s for the WEPS :woohoo:

I used 21.5 degrees per side, and since this was a first attempt, I only did up to 600 stock diamond.

There are 14 little razor blade like blades that interlock. Pretty neat!

Curly fries are easy - just say “knuck knuck” as you put the potatoes through the press! :stuck_out_tongue:

I just got feedback from the customer - he said they were better than when he first got it (naturally!). He did say the texture was better, but he was wondering if the cuts could be even smoother. Looks like the next go around will be with the 800/1K diamonds B)
