The one I posted would never be around a cow’s neck…
Yours would not be as pretty after several thousnd strikes with a drumstick

Now THAT’S funny!

Happens to the best of us! I can’t count the times I’ve screwed up my site trying to update it or add features… and I’m using the most user friendly site software on the planet (Wordpress)!

The main pictures on the web site do not display I get a small white framed blue square with a question mark in it .
I am running a mac OSX 10.8.4 Adobe flash player is up to date , these images are not showing in both Safari & Chrome .
I have Java script enabled but not not Java in plug ins I have not changed these setting which I had for some time .
All images showed on the site before the change .
Does anyone else have this experience?

I thought that Clay said that they ended up not making any changes.

From Clay’s last post on the subject:

OOPS
just got this
“Simple Image Rotator” error! Please check the module settings and make sure you have entered a valid image folder path!

Same sort of empty box with blue circle and diagonal line…
Just happened within the last hour or so though… at least that I noticed..
same on the WEPS home page… anywhere there is a graphic/picture..

I think it’s fixed now…

It’s looking good from here all as nit should be:)

I was looking at knife pictures and got about halfway down the list and then I had a glitch that keeps reoccurring it wants a name and password and the only way I can get out of it is to close Safari closing the window does not stop this request .
Once again I did a permissions check incase there is a problem my end but I think there is another Gremlin lurking around

I don’t think that’s a forum issue… it looks like the forum member password protected the pictures he had on that page… so now it’s asking for the login.

Fair enough; although I had to shut down my browser to get out of the log in

I dunno, I’m able to cancel it (even in Safari).

I sent the member a PM… hopefully he’ll make them avail. again.

I guess you’re wrong…

We produce special versions of these cow bells for tourists. We first beat them up with a drumstick and then put them in hydrochloric acid to make them look rusty

Was that the model in the picture that you posted??
Doesn’t look like it…

Of course, I was referring specifically to the bell in the picture…not bells that I know nothing about, nor have I seen.

Can you send me the one in the picture to lend to a drummer friend of mine? I want to see if it is as pretty in about 6 months!

Nope. This is a tourist model. I happen to have it at home   . (Sorry for the blueish glow - it’s my mobile’s camera.)

Hahaha… how funny that this is now the cowbell thread.

or web browser problems… or … or
At least it is in the “off topic” section…

I just find it amusing, cause I thought it would be a one sentence joke that wouldn’t go anywhere… and now we have cowbell pictures.

Never know where a thread will go I suppose.

Probably won’t be funny if Clay has to buy more server space… just for cowbells.

:woohoo:
See what you did…:silly:

Phil and I use the off-topic section to discuss the important things in life: the size of the universe, what has happened since the big bang, and cowbells.

It’s on-topic, by the way. As soon as the website upgrade is successful, all of us Dutch cowbell owners will ring their bells, so everybody knows.
