I thought Clay was getting something together to sharpen serrated knives like 3 years ago. Still havent seen it yet?? ??
I suspect that part of the problem is the variation of serrations some are symmetrically arced some not then some are large and some micro apart from micro serrations I doubt that there are no two manufacturers that produce serrations of the same shape..
I know that big sharpening workshops simple grind off the micro serrations & start again.
I understand it as a wish list for the WE but I cannot conceive how a jig could be made to accommodate such variations.
