Made a rod bumper out of extra headphone ear piece. A lot of headphones now a days come with extra rubber pieces so you can size the earphone in your ear. That fits nicely on the rod.
Cover is made out of the corner of a plastic sandwich bag.
That’s a great idea! Be careful pulling them off, the rod can get away from you when they come off the end and smack your nice new bevel. Happened a couple time with the TPU stops I made. You are pulling with one hand an not holding the rod tight enough with the other.
