I am new to the forum and just picked up a Wicked Edge pro pack 2. My wife gave me the ok ( birthday & Father’s Day).
Wow.
I am so excited. I just finished practicing on my $10 Walmart knife.

Hi Marc, Welcome! Great you like the forum. And be aware that usually $10 Walmart knives take good, but not great edges. I hope you’re in for some surprises

I used my Walmart knife and was surprised it took and edge. I am practicing so I don’t ruin one of the better ones.
I will keep everyone posted.

Welcome, best to break in those new stones with the $10 knife and after their not so aggressive go for the good ones. You are just not going to believe how sharp a knife will get?
