Just received my new WE Propack II recently, and getting to know it the last couple of nights. I have always loved to just sit and sharpen a knife to as sharp as I could get it with Arkansas stones and the old Crock Sticks…but this WE sharpener opens up a whole new world of SHARP !
Loving it so far, and look forward to learning my tips and tricks as I have time to read them.
