I’ve been sharpening knives since I was knee high, but got out of practice for about ten years. I wasn’t to happy with my results when I restarted, so I was researching tips when I came across the wicked edge sharpeners. Once I convinced my wife I wasn’t mildly insane, I picked up the gen 3 pro. I’ve sharpened about a dozen knives, and just ordered the scissors attachment and some new stones. My plan is to start up a sharpening service, and I’m very happy to be part of the Wicked Edge community.
