New blog: Japanese Knife Reviews

Japanese Knife ReviewsI’ve started a new blog: . The blog is centered around reviews of Japanese kitchen knives. But it also features tips, tricks and other material. It is only in its infancy, but I intend to add a lot more content to it. The blog is not specifically about sharpening, but sharpening is important to kitchen knives, so occasionally you’ll see a picture of the WEPS :D.

I created this blog to satisfy my need for writing and for knives. I hope you enjoy reading it!

Thanks Josh. I am by no means a good photographer, but I took a photography course a couple of months ago. That was a general course, not specific to knife photography.

Knife photography is really a different ball-game. I’ve asked some questions on various forums and got some pretty good advice.

Hopefully I’ll get a photography tent this weekend and I can experiment a lot more.
