<p style=“text-align: left;”>I just joined the forum. I am anxious to get the new Venture. I’ve been assured it will work for small pocket knives. I’ve tried other brands and they are all collecting dust since it’s just not worth the hassle. Hopefully I’ll become a Wicked Edge fan.</p>
Welcome to the Wicked Edge Forum, Ken. Understand the Venture Sharpener Series is a brand-new series sharpener for W.E. Users have no experience with this model. Based on my thorough experiences with all the other W.E. models, you have nothing to worry about. In my experiences everything W.E. has ever offered and promised was exactly that.
I ordered my Venture models a while ago and I’m anxiously awaiting the delivery.
I’ll look to see if we can add a Venture Series Category to this Forum where we can start our journeys using the new models, together
If you need help with any of the other W.E. models, I’m well versed in those.

Hopefully you’ll really love your new sharpener. I’ve messed around with all different blades sizes and shapes with the Venture Series prototypes and have been happy with the results. The very smallest blades like the small blade on the smallest Swiss Army knife have a slightly different workflow. Rather than relying on the bottom rest of the angle guide, you have to use the upper rest to hold the angle while you push the knife forward.
