If you had one strop which would it be?

The premise being that I don’t plan on going any finer than the WE 800/1000 diamond stones at this point…down the road? That’s another question. After watching Clay’s and Curry Custom’s videos on stropping I’d probably decrease the stropping angle from chosen bevel angle by a degree or two.

I would go with the 4 / 2 micron diamond emulsion set.

That’s my “go to” strop pair, too.
