Howdy folks. Just recently joined the ranks of WEPS users (Pro-Pack Ii), following 15 years using an Edge Pro system mostly with Shapton Glass stones. After ~20 knives, I feel like I’m just getting to the steep part of the learning curve, which is to say I still have a lot to learn with this new tool. My focus is almost exclusively kitchen/culinary knives.

Welcome! There is a guy who makes those Shapton stones for the WE! One of the other members who have them can point you to him if you decide to add them to your collection.

airscapes - Thanks! I’ve ready many of @MacrH ‘s posts, and am envious of his Shapton Glass stones (as well as his dual vise/rolling carriage system). I’m hoping Jende will come through in the very near future (currently out of stock).
