Ordered up the WE and a few additional stones. Looking forward to working with the unit.
I like my knives sharp, and for years have used a flat stone, Blade Master (think Lansky type), and porcelain sticks. The blades are sharp, but not Wicked sharp. When I came across the Wicked Edge I decided to try it in hopes of obtaining the desired edge on all my knives.
I try and carefully control my knife purchases, because it can get out of hand quickly, but over the years I’ve managed to gather a few. More on that later as I start off learning to sharpen.
So there ya go. I’ve been maintaining knives for years, but am a newb to the Wicked Edge.
I do believe it is on the way!
