I just watched this video on Clay’s Youtube channel. Wicked Edge must be a great company to work for! It’s so different from the US companies I know (but I work in the consultancy business, so maybe I have a distorted view).
Another thing that struck me was that everyone seems to have their own sharpening style. Even though their role model is working next to them
