You should get Guitar Guy to mic the WE, at times it looks like your sharpening to the beat. Could sound interesting (and maybe add a new dynamic).

you remember the lady that dropped off the 8 knives and needed 2 done sat ?? the Mac and Santoku.
i returned her other 6 knives after lunch and she ask can i sharpen a few more knives for her. she had them all laided out on a counter when i arrived…
i fainted…

Does she have a restaurant or does she just enjoy knives that is the sort of collection I would expect a pretty good chef to have.

Hey are you finding it hard to keep everyone’s knives together? I think much more and your going to need some containers or something? At the rate your going maybe a 55 gallon drum? lol :silly: Good luck getting them all done!
