Sorry I have the pro pack 1, just bought it past week. I have been trying to check my angle of the knife, by laying my angle finder on the side of the whole clamp. Comes out the same but I know that’s not being too exact

Every knife I have sharpened so far. Which is 4, have come out with a different bevel on each side, one is fatter than the other, and on some left side will miss some up towards the choil and other side won’t.
