I have been looking at the Wicked Edge (we) system and I think it may be what I am looking for.  I mostly use knives for wood carving.  Some of them like my Helvie micro knife have very small blade.  So I believe I will need to add the small knife/ low angle adapter.  Since I have not yet purchased the sharpening system can I get some advice on…[Read more]
