    I have been debating what to get for my next EDC blade. I’m looking at the Spyderco Manix 2 and the Benchmade Griptillian 551-1 with the CMP-20CV blade and G10 handle. The Manix is very comparable at nearly half the price.

    The only thing holding me back from buying the Manix 2 is my concern that the Wicked Edge stones might not be able to get past the plunge grind so that I can sharpen the blade all the way to the heel.

    If you have experience sharpening the Manix 2 on the Wicked Edge, were you able to get all the way to the beginning of the bevel?
