Monday, March 24th we’ll be moving the site to a new virtual private server that is much faster than where we are now. There might be a little downtime as the switch is made but it will be worth it. Here is a link to a test version of the site on the new server: http://wickededgeusa.swcp.com/%5B/url%5D The database is out of date so all the newest forum posts aren’t available on the testing site, but you can check it out for speed.

Congrats with the new server, Clay! I hope it’s the last one :dry: . It’s pretty fast, great! Hopefully it remains that way under load.

This has got to be the fastest site I’ve ever used. Even on my relatively slow DSL it’s almost instantaneous.

Private Messages may have a bug in it now,,, at least for me I’m getting 3 to 4 copies of each one. I also no longer get an email notice when I get one (even though the settings say I should). 🙂

It is speedier though! 😉
