    Had my gear loaded into rice burner and then I got a call from a fellow I had talked with on wed. Chef Sean. No spin today except in the kitchen sharpening.

    Chef Sean had some really nice Japanese knives for sure and it was a real pleasure sharpening them today. Pictures at the end of the video for your viewing. – VID IS LIKE A SHADE UNDER 6 MINS.
