    Hi
    I’m a wicked edge newbie, just got a pro pack II yesterday which I still have to put together. I’ll do it on the week end and start practicing. before I free hand sharpened but want better and faster results. I’m sure will be asking for advice as I learn.

    Welcome.
    Practice on your inexpensive knives.
    It gives the stones a chance to break in.

    Lots of info on the forum/website. Browse around while you’re waiting to get set up.
