Wow, I totally put this in the wrong section on accident… mods will one of you move this to the advanced sharpening techniques and strategies please? Thanks…
For those of you that ever wondered about these… here you go =) I got to take some pics on a straight razor I did over the weekend. I ended up completely skipping the lapping films and going straight from the 10k chosera to .125 CBN to finish it. I did reverse directions with each change in grit so I could see what was going on at the edge… I did not record exact number of passes per side… but I know that I had to do around a couple hundred at the .3um level to even get it that good. Thank God for the choseras!! hehe
