Kiwi knives

Something a bit different, I purchased some very cheap Thailand knives, ‘Kiwi’ brand. Pros are they have rave reviews for the price and would be good housewarming gifts to young folks in their first house.
The knives are very thin I’m told and razor sharp from the factory, so I’m super stoked to play with them and make at least one tomato slicer that gets wafer thin slices without holding the tomato, will be fun!
