Very nice and huge collection mate! Those will keep you busy for awhile. I can see that you might need the curved stone paddles for a few of the blades. You have some very nice exotic wood handles on a few of those knives! Sweet!

    All the best Martin

i dont have a good camera, so the pictures isnt so great:(
but here is one i did today, a realy fat one “the bulldozier” total lenght 17cm and 7mm fat. RWL-34 steel i did it for about 5 years ago as a skinner knife to myself.
went from 100-1000 grit diamond stones and then 1200 and 2000 wet sand paper and leather stropping with autosol, and now its so sharp that im almost afraid of it:woohoo: soon i will be ordering some ceramic stones but does anyone knows where i can get them in europe so i dont need to pay for the extra taxes from usa??

    :cheer: Nice job!

If you are looking for the 1200/1600 ceramics you could try Peter in Germany – peter.fronteddu@t-online.de or Benoit in France – benoit.membre@gmail.com. They might have them in stock. If you are looking for the new Coorstek cermaics, so far as I know those aren’t out to dealers yet so those will have come from WE direct.

I happened to ask them recently. Benoit was out of stock and expected to remain so for a while. However, according to his site, Peter has them in stock again since a few days.

Both are reliable guys, by the way. I’ve done business with both of them.
