    OH YEAH!
    Pro Pack II!!!

I have read a lot here, did a few knives yesterday, and am climbing up the learning curve. I got one knife, a cleaver, sharper than it has ever been.

Looking forward to learning lots here.

One thing I have not seen is how to maintain the diamond “stones”. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to the forum.

Here’s a thread (probably others around also) on cleaning the diamond stones. http://www.wickededgeusa.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&view=topic&catid=8&id=8908&Itemid=271

Don’t soak them in water ( tends to loosen the adhesive tape keeping stone on paddle), dry standing on end, away from sun light and heat sources.

I scrub with some Comet ( that’s what I have on hand) and a plastic brush.

Excellent advice from Mikedoh! Go easy on the Comet though! 😉 As each day passes you will fall deeper and deeper in love with the Pro rig. Nice present from good old Santa!!!

    Happy New Year
