i just received the AAG and the pins don’t fit though the holes. Are the pins different between the we models?  I have a field and sport. I am going to drill them to the right size.  The fit and finish on all other we products has been top notch. Just didn’t want to be missing something.  I looked though the AAG section. To many posts for such a trivial question.  Thanks  Rene

Yes, the pins are a very tight fit, but they will fit. They will loosen up a bit after a few insertions/extractions, but they need to be a tight fit so that the guide doesn’t have slop it it. Maybe add some dish soap to the pins for the first few insertions/extractions?

I would not advise drilling it to slightly increase the diameter (more likely you’ll end up with an oblong hole unless you have a drill press and some transfer punches to align the current hole in the drill press first). The next drill size increment will probably be too loose anyway.
