Friday was a very cold knife gig with temps. In the low 30’s and tons of wind from NW.

I hope all this wind moves lots of sand and uncovers many fine yellow tickets for our next spin.

Jan. 1st and 2nd my detecting buddy and I both hit nice gold rings to start off the new year in great style and today Jan. 3rd I get to start off the knife sharpening season with a pretty good assortment of pocket knives and one big chef’s knife in really bad conditions, but the WE whipped it into really good shape.

Got 1 homework knife, a nice benchmade with a major chip just inside the tip.

Back to sea for Saturday weather permitting and knife sharpening next Friday or sooner I hope.

Good luck to everyone, stay warm. – VID IS LIKE 6 MINS.

:silly: LOT OF PICS AT THE END OF VID….fast forward…..
