Ok ladies and gentleman, just an update on the ongoing saga with Optics Planet. After being on the phone with them for almost three hours last night they finally agreed to refund me the difference in the cost of the PP3 with and without the case. I had an amazing representative who stayed right there the whole time and pretty much worked with me all she could and demanded that I get to speak to a supervisor. I have learned my lesson though. From this point forward all my WE stuff will be ordered directly from Kyle, Clay and their team at the mother ship. Thank all of you for the support and welcoming me into your family.
