Hello,
Just received my WE Pro Pack 3 and put it through its paces on a Chinese cleaver that is over forty years old. Went through the recommended progression (100…1000) and managed to get a decent edge. I can also see some of the flaws in the bevel (and some scratches as well) that I created in previous, manual sharpening sessions.
While I still have lots to learn, I can see how the WE will help me to sharpen knives with a consistent angle.
