Hello all,
New to this site, I just received my WE Go, I am so happy I bought it, waited a long time, but worth it..
I can’t buy new grits at this time, so I picked up some automobile sandpaper, 320, 1000, 1200 and 1500…
After using the 200/600 stones, I taped a piece to each stone, wow, is all I can say, I ended up with a mirror edge, as to stropping, I used a old leather belt, cut to fit the WE stones..
I included a few pictures, it’s hard to capture the results, but I am so happy, it’s amazing what results, you can get from sandpaper. .
The WE system, is incredible, I am very impressed. .

Hello,
It’s funny, I must of said to my wife, 1000x, how much I love the GO..
Before I bought it, I looked at every other sharpening systems, but always came back to the WE, but being a retired firefighter, the cost was a bit high, then along came the GO, so I jumped on it..
My plan is to practice, and when I can, add a stone.
I really like the fact that there is a Forum for WE owners, it makes me feel, never on my own, help is only, a keystroke away..
